Affiliate Program Terms of Service

These Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the JurisContent Affiliate Program operated by Brandz Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By enrolling in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate," "you") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Overview
The JurisContent Affiliate Program allows approved participants to earn commissions by referring new paying customers to JurisContent.com. Enrollment is free and available to all registered JurisContent users.
2. Commission Structure
- Trial Signup Bonus: $5.00 USD for each new user who registers via your unique referral link and begins a trial.
- Recurring Subscription Commission: 20% of the subscription payment amount for each month the referred user remains an active subscriber.
- Plan Upgrades: If a referred user upgrades their plan, you earn 20% of the new subscription amount.
- Commission Rate Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify commission rates with 30 days written notice.
3. Referral Tracking
- Referrals are tracked via a unique link containing your affiliate code and a browser cookie.
- Cookie duration is 90 days (last-click attribution).
- Self-referrals are prohibited. You may not use your own link to sign up additional accounts for yourself.
4. Commission Hold & Approval
- Subscription commissions have a 30-day hold period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations.
- After 30 days, pending commissions are automatically approved and added to your available balance.
- If a referred user requests a refund or initiates a chargeback during the hold period, the associated commission is reversed.
5. Payouts
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.00 USD.
- Payouts are processed via PayPal to the email address you provide in your Affiliate Dashboard.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
- We process payout requests within 5–10 business days.
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate earnings.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:
- Using misleading, deceptive, or false advertising.
- Bidding on "JurisContent" branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) containing your affiliate link.
- Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of traffic manipulation.
- Creating fake accounts or self-referring.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with JurisContent (e.g., claiming to be an employee).
- Promoting JurisContent on websites that contain illegal, adult, or hate content.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use JurisContent marketing materials provided in the Ad Creatives Gallery.
- You may not modify our logos, trademarks, or branding without written permission.
- You may not create websites or pages that could be confused with official JurisContent properties.
8. Termination
- Either party may terminate participation at any time.
- Upon termination, you will receive payment for all approved (non-pending) commissions above the minimum payout threshold.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate your affiliate account for violations of these terms, with forfeiture of pending and unapproved commissions.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Affiliate Program shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost commissions due to technical failures, tracking issues, or third-party actions beyond our control.
10. Modifications
We may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice in your Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
